The Proposals
The proposed development would deliver up to 38 new homes, which will include a mix of housing types, including family housing and affordable homes to help meet local needs.
The proposal will include a new access from Mill Street, alongside the creation of public open space, cycle and pedestrian infrastructure, sustainable drainage features, landscaping and biodiversity enhancements. The site layout has been designed to respect and integrate the new development with Harbury and surrounding area.

New site access via a priority T-junction off Mill Street

New pedestrian infrastructure which will provide a safe and continuous walking route into Harbury
